The perfect hotel to stay in when in Bern. Great location walkable to everything and hotel was very modern and updated inside. Wonderful rain shower and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Ideal for everything Bern has to offer including shopping, historical sights, dining, bus and train stations. Spacious rooms (we had the double comfort room), very clean, modern, comfy bed, great linens and pillow choices. Would definitely stay here again with pleasure. Also, TV stations were plentiful.

Excellent location and friendly staff. We got off at the wrong side of the train station and ended up walking 25 min. insteaf of 5 min. to the Hotel. it would be nice for the hotel to include a walking direction from train station to Hotel.

Very new, very clean, very spacious, very close to the train station and centrally located. The staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel to stay in Bern. Strongly recommended when visiting Bern.

Stayed here for 3 nights, hotel is in a great location, very walkable and close to the main train station. It advertises AC, which was the main reason I booker it, but that didn’t really work so they gave us a fan for the stay, fortunately that worked. One of the male front desk was a little snappy, didn’t care much for his attitude but the other ladies were very nice. Overall, it was a good room but i would probably try a different hotel next time, just based on the AC experience, especially for the summer.

The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk to the sbb which for us was fantastic. There's a lot of dinning options as well as shopping and bakeries but keep in mind mostly everything closes by 7pm. The hotel was very clean. Nothing fancy but really clean and well keep. Rooms are clean everyday and they all have black outa so it is a very comfy. The AC works but don't expect AC freezing temps, it's comfortable enough to sleep good. We were there during the hot summer and had no issues.

Incredibly convenient location, clean, and modern rooms. Only two issues: air conditioning barely cooled the room and the desk agent charged me twice for the city hotel tax. Otherwise, would certainly return.

This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again!
