Avis pour Huckleberry Lane Retreat - Quiet & Private Orchard stay, near Acadia
This apartment was great. It's a new build "complex" that is made up of duplexes that aren't right on top of each other so you still feel like you've got privacy. The downstairs/basement was still unfinished. I'd be interested in staying once it is because the walk out area under the pergola is lovely. We haven't stayed on the "quiet side" before but would recommend for people who are going there!
This new apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything youâd need. We had a great view looking out the kitchen window and enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and evening in the back yard. We also liked having outdoor access to the basement for our bikes. We had a little difficulty finding the place at first as Huckleberry Lane is a private road and does not show up on the GPS. Our cell service was spotty, so we couldnât open the dropped pin that was sent to us. Wen we finally got that opened we were good go. Location was great if you donât mind driving 1/2 hour to Acadia and Bar Harbor. We preferred being on the quieter side. If I go back, this is where Iâm staying.
