Hotel is 2 minutes walk to the historical downtown. The buffet breakfast is excellent, choices of meat cuts, eggs sunny side up, scrambled, hard boiled, bakery and sweets, espresso, cappuccino, cheese, fruits of many kinds etc. This is a world winning breakfast buffet ! Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. Nice place to stay. Only one negative was quite hard mattresses. We asked for extra duvets and slept on it, it made a diference.

The staff were super nice. The price included breakfast and free parking in their private lot in front or on left behind building. No AC, but it was pretty cold so no need, but clearly described on the listing. There were some rowdy patrons outside which I heard because I left window open and it does not bother me and I saw a rat across the street bullying or attacking another injured rat that scurried and dragged himself off, but some good food around the corner. I still felt safe walking at night for a late dinner. The room is basic with handsoap and toilet paper. Beds were ok in comfort. There is a closet, chairs, luckily no tubed shower where I can barely move. It is a wall covering so water does not splash and a huge tub. Breakfast had some yummy salad thingy that was to die for. Overall, if you are not boujee or expecting luxury. The room is great for the price paid in a safe area.

Spoon complaint

It was a good stay we cant really complain the only issue is that when i asked for a fork and spoon i was told to buy one i bought few the cleaner came throw it out the next day when house keeping i called reception asked for a spoon and was told they have none which is not fair

The property is old. The water for shower was either too cold or hot could not get a good medium. The holder of my hair dryer was broken, and the soap dispenser in shower wasn’t working, I told the blonde dude at front desk 1st night of my stay, but I think he only pretended to note it down, since there was no action for 5 days, I asked the brunette lady again day 6 in the morning and it was fixxed by that evening. Dryer hanging right above toilet, possible to fall in toilet if open = bad placement. No shampoo in shower, been to dozens of hotels and that is the 1st time shampoo was not offered. Breakfast was good. Safe in room is a plus. Asked for quiet room and the placement seemed appropriate except the guest in opposite room was noisy, but can’t blame that on hotel. Plan to stay in Beroun next year but will try other hotels b4 I would go back.

The foyer was exceptional. Grill and bar was so nice . A tasty pork tenderloin. The bar worker look so proud to be working there . There back was straight when serving food . Like they were proud of the food they were serving , so they should be , food is amazing . Very friendly receptionists. The rooms were standand . Plug in the bath was broken so i couldnt have a lovely bath .room 226 . The breakfast in the morning was amazing . I was going up for seconds and thirds . Improve the rooms and the hotel will be perfect 10 stars .would i stay here again ?? Yes i would . There eggs in the morning . I has six. Ham and cheese coleslaw so nice
