Primeiramente o custo benefício da casa é ótimo , preço bem acessível , mas a casa precisa de alguma manutenção que já foi passado a proprietária ,que é muito solicita e pronta no atendimento , resposta sempre rápida , localização da casa e boa fácil a acesso ao centro e a praia , no geral casa antiga mais bem arejada e espaçosa aténdeu a todos muito bem , o custo benefício foi excelente

A estadia foi ótima. A Andrea é uma excelente anfitriã. Tirou todas as nossas dúvidas e foi muito solicita. A casa é super confortável, quartos limpos, todos com banheiro e ar condicionado, bem localizada. A piscina e área de lazer são uma delícia. Pretendemos voltar em breve.

Apenas uma ressalva.

A casa é bem espaçosa, sofás grandes e confortáveis. A cozinha deixa um pouco a desejar. O fogão não funciona direito. Tivemos dificuldades para cozinhar. As suítes são simples, mas acomodam bem. A suite principal tem uma banheira com acesso bem ruim, dificultoso. como não dá pra tomar banho sem entrar na banheira, esse seria um ponto importante a ser melhorado.. A proprietária nos indicou uma ajudante maravilhosa, que nos auxiliou cozinhando e fazendo a limpeza diaria da casa. No mais, fomos muito bem atendidos e passamos dias agradáveis no local.

Amplo e bem localizado.

Localização tranquila e privilegiada,. Ter a mata atlântica como seu vizinho de fundo, não tem preço. Casa muito aconchegante e anfitriã muito atenciosa!

A casa bate perfeitamente com a descrição colocada no site. Tive, junto de outros casais de amigos que viajaram comigo, uma experiência muito boa na casa e a anfitriã Andrea é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, o único problema com uma das geladeiras da parte de fora que tivemos ela se prontificou a resolver quase que instantaneamente e sempre estava disponível para conversar caso fosse necessário, além do Daniel, funcionário que vinha periodicamente na casa para limpar a piscina e checar se estava tudo certo. Recomendo fortemente para todos que querem viajar para Riviera sem perder o aconchego de uma casa com iluminação natural e bem arejada!
