Beach Front 3 BR Condo - Spectacular Beach and Ocean View

Property Address: 502 Island House, Bethany Beach.

Unit is a 3 bedroom condominium on the 5th floor of a beachfront building. Spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the master bedroom and living room. The 1/2 mile long private beach and huge swimming pool are steps away from your elevator. Three short blocks away is the world-class tennis community of Sea Colony.

Tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a bunk with full trundle and pull out twin bed in the third bedroom,. TV/VCR in living room and master bedroom. Have your breakfast on the spacious balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean.
Linens and towels as well toiletries are provided.

Sea Colony is the premier family beach and tennis resort community located in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 2 pools, 34 tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and the Freeman Fitness Center with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a variety of programs for every age.

A Guest Badge fee (varying from $15.00 to $47.00 depending on the time of the year) has to be purchased for each person over4 years old to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, Gym, transportation system, and two parking permits.

Second year in a row staying at this condo. Great location and accurate listing. The only thing I would change is the mattresses are too firm for my liking, but everyone has their preference so I wouldn’t knock it for that. Just a heads up for others though that may not like stiff mattresses. We will definitely be staying again though!

The unit itself was wonderful- clean, great condition and everything worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Check-in was smooth but I suggest getting to Bethany early to check-in and get badges etc because the late day line was long. The beach was nice but crowded and the people setting up umbrellas set them basically on top of other people.

Fabulous!Make sure you go to the Sea Colony shop BEFORE you enter the property to get your badges and parking passes. That’s not always clear. The badges needed to use any amenities do cost . Be prepared for that extra expense. An updated cost grid can be found on the Sea Colony site.

Thanksgiving Stay

The property was great and as advertized. Lots of construction going on but if I hadn't seen the trucks I would be unaware as there was no noise. I would definitely rent this unit again. Only thing is you need more spatulas....

I felt like I was in a resort...great location, beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, big screen tv with comfy furniture to relax, plenty of space for the family and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for the week!! Another Fabulous Weekend!

We just booked again for our 4th year in a row. Cannot say enough about the fabulous location, cleanliness of the property, and the considerate touches like shampoo and conditioner, laundry and dishwashing supplies. The house is so well equipped and the updated furniture is wonderful. The hosts have done an amazing job creating this home away from home. So looking forward to coming back in September 2025!

Amazing location and views! Cannot beat the location! This is our third trip to Sea Colony at Bethany Beach but the first time staying in the towers on the beach. It is so worth it! We only had two minor “issues”. The first was some of the cabinet doors were not attached tightly so I had to tighten some of the screws. Easy fix. The second was that the place did. It seem to have been properly cleaned. The floors were not swept and the outside balcony was clearly not vacuumed. There was visible dirt all over the floors. I do not hold the owners responsible for either issue. They pay a company to clean and it clearly did not do its job. We had friends staying at another place in the towers and they had the same cleaning issue. So, issue is with the cleaners. But it is an issue since we pay a cleaning fee. All that being said, the place fit our family of 6 well and we would stay again.
