The Space:

Whenever you're not out exploring a fun biking or walking trail, kick back in the living room to enjoy the comfy furniture and spacious interior with vaulted ceilings and a mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen has lots of counter space and all the small and major appliances you'll need to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four. You can also take your meals outside to dine al-fresco on the furnished balcony. The main level has two well-appointed bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath, and you can head up the spiral staircase to access the lofted sleeping area. The home's stacked, private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean laundry, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Use the free WiFi to research a fun new adventure - you'll have Bethany beach and boardwalk nearby, plus tax-free shopping and nearby outlets, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, shopping, dining, a nature center, and public parks to explore. Take a walk to check out the shared hot tub, pool, sauna, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. Afterward, come home to bask under the home's central AC while you catch up on a good novel or hang out with old friends. Challenge someone to a game on the home's X-Box 360.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
