The Pink House: 100 Steps to the Beach!

This single-family house is just 100 steps to a private beach located in North Bethany Beach, ‘the quiet resort’. Renovated in 2021, this 4 Bedroom, 2 full baths + 1/2 bath + outdoor shower is perfect for your next vacation. The house is located in the serene Tower Shores community, which boasts some of the cleanest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, and is close to the Indian River Inlet and Delaware State Park. Plenty of fishing and water activities nearby.

WALK TO THE BEACH! It's a short walk from the house to the dunes crossover. You can leave your blankets, chairs and sand toys at the beach during the day and walk back to the house to make lunch, take a break and grab a cold drink!

There are great restaurants within a short drive, and Matt's Fish Camp (casual upscale seafood restaurant) is within walking distance and receives rave reviews! The community playground is 1/2 block away and there’s green grassy space directly in front of the house for use (corn hole games, soccer, etc.).

The Pink House sleeps up to 10+ guests and features an compact but efficient kitchen with gas stove, living room with two large sofas, dining room with large table, 2nd floor recreation room with TV and game areas, sunroom, two large decks with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

PARKING: The house comes with two assigned parking spaces, plus there is plenty of guest parking to accommodate overflow guests.

LINENS ARE INCLUDED!!! This rental includes all bedding, bath and beach towels = stress free packing for vacation!

This beach house was originally built in the 1950's (one of the first Bethany Beach historic A-frame houses) and it has been expanded upon multiple times over the years. As a result, the layout is funky with lots of alcoves and nooks and a ton of character. Note: the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are on the smaller side given the age of the house, BUT the living room on the main level is spacious and great for entertaining. Plus, the house has a secondary living space on the 2nd floor with a recreation room (sectional couch with TV and a 3-in-1 game table), so the house lives large since adults and kids can spread out on different levels.

Children are welcome! A portable booster seat with tray table and pack ‘n play is available at no additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: 3 -night minimum during the off-season (Thanksgiving & Christmas have 4-night minimums). From Memorial Day to Mid-June there is a 4-5 night minimum. During the peak season (Mid-June through Labor Day), there is a 7-night minimum and check-in/out is on FRIDAYS to allow for thorough cleaning and linens service. Thanks!

Discounts are available for long-term stays (2+ weeks).

Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and MUST BE PRE-APPROVED before the booking is made ($300 applicable pet fee). Unfortunately, Cats and other pets are NOT allowed. Message the Property Manager for dog approval prior to booking.

LIVING AREAS:
- Main level living room with two large couches and TV, plus additional sitting areas and a beverage station.
- 2nd Floor recreation room with sectional sofa, TV, and a 3-in-1 game table (air hockey, pool, and ping pong).
- 2nd Floor sunroom with daybed and two accent chairs for reading/relaxing.
- 3rd Floor small TV area for the kids with bean bags.

BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1 (located on the main level): one QUEEN bed with small bathroom attached (shower only, no tub)
- Bedroom #2 (located on the 2nd floor): one QUEEN bed with direct access to Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #3.
- Bedroom #3 (located on the 2nd floor): one KING bed with direct access to Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #2.
- Bedroom #4 (located on the 3rd floor): two FULL beds and two TWIN beds. All four beds have access to a 1/2 bathroom (vanity sink & toilet only, no tub/shower).

BATHROOMS/TUBS/SHOWERS:
- Bathroom A: Small bathroom, single vanity and shower (located on the main level, adjacent to Bedroom #1)
- Bathroom B: Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower combination (located on the 2nd level, shared by Bedroom #2 and #3)
- Bathroom C: Sink & toilet only, no tub or shower (located on the 3rd level, for use with Bedroom #4)
- Outdoor Shower

OFFICE SPACE:
- There are two desk alcoves on the 3rd floor… great for those who need to work while at the beach.
