This single-family house is just 100 steps to a private beach located in North Bethany Beach, ‘the quiet resort’. Renovated in 2021, this 4 Bedroom, 2 full baths + 1/2 bath + outdoor shower is perfect for your next vacation. The house is located in the serene Tower Shores community, which boasts some of the cleanest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, and is close to the Indian River Inlet and Delaware State Park. Plenty of fishing and water activities nearby.
WALK TO THE BEACH! It's a short walk from the house to the dunes crossover. You can leave your blankets, chairs and sand toys at the beach during the day and walk back to the house to make lunch, take a break and grab a cold drink!
There are great restaurants within a short drive, and Matt's Fish Camp (casual upscale seafood restaurant) is within walking distance and receives rave reviews! The community playground is 1/2 block away and there’s green grassy space directly in front of the house for use (corn hole games, soccer, etc.).
The Pink House sleeps up to 10+ guests and features an compact but efficient kitchen with gas stove, living room with two large sofas, dining room with large table, 2nd floor recreation room with TV and game areas, sunroom, two large decks with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.
PARKING: The house comes with two assigned parking spaces, plus there is plenty of guest parking to accommodate overflow guests.
LINENS ARE INCLUDED!!! This rental includes all bedding, bath and beach towels = stress free packing for vacation!
This beach house was originally built in the 1950's (one of the first Bethany Beach historic A-frame houses) and it has been expanded upon multiple times over the years. As a result, the layout is funky with lots of alcoves and nooks and a ton of character. Note: the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are on the smaller side given the age of the house, BUT the living room on the main level is spacious and great for entertaining. Plus, the house has a secondary living space on the 2nd floor with a recreation room (sectional couch with TV and a 3-in-1 game table), so the house lives large since adults and kids can spread out on different levels.
Children are welcome! A portable booster seat with tray table and pack ‘n play is available at no additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE: 3 -night minimum during the off-season (Thanksgiving & Christmas have 4-night minimums). From Memorial Day to Mid-June there is a 4-5 night minimum. During the peak season (Mid-June through Labor Day), there is a 7-night minimum and check-in/out is on FRIDAYS to allow for thorough cleaning and linens service. Thanks!
Discounts are available for long-term stays (2+ weeks).
Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and MUST BE PRE-APPROVED before the booking is made ($300 applicable pet fee). Unfortunately, Cats and other pets are NOT allowed. Message the Property Manager for dog approval prior to booking.

This is the first time renting in Bethany Beach, we were pleasantly surprised with this rental unit. Communication was excellent, from the property manager Cat, to the detailed instructions prior to arrival and within the house. Our group consisted of six adults and 2 small dogs. The house was large enough that we never felt crowded. We enjoyed all levels of the house and loved multiple deck areas. The house was fully stocked with everything and anything we needed. Would definitely return to this rental property in the future.

The Pink House is the most well-kept and well-stocked house we have ever stayed in! Cat (the property manager) has anticipated every need possible, down to a cannister of Q-Tips in the primary bath. This is truly a bring your toothbrush and enjoy the rest of your vacation property. Kudos for such an amazing property

Beautiful House and So Close to the Beach!!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Pink House. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We loved all the different hang out areas in the house and the proximity to the beach. Made it really easy to bring our things to and from the ocean.
Our host, Cat, was really responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend the Pink House and we would book it again ourselves!

Wonderful Beach Housse
The pink house is a perfect place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was here for us. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone to do whatever they wanted. The beach was so close and clean. It wasn’t crowded and the weather was perfect. It is definitely a come again place for a fun vacation.

Pink house is perfect. It’s adorable, thoughtfully decorated, and the kind owners have provisioned everything you need for a relaxing unpack & unwind vacation. Another Wonderful Visit
This was our third year staying at the Pink House and it gets better every year! The house has everything you could possibly need on vacation, and more! The house offers a great layout - there's plenty of space for the kids to hangout. They love the air hockey table, and having the 3rd floor to themselves. Beautiful Vacation Home Close to Beach
We loved this vacation home; it was spacious, clean, and such a short walk to a private beach. Communication with check-in/checkout process was clearly explained and we appreciated all of the amenities. We will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Family Beach Vacation
The Pink House is absolutely beautiful and the location cannot be beat! Steps from the beach, this is truly a beach lover’s paradise! The property manager (Cat) is super responsive and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property!

A Real Gem
In addition to being immacualtely clean, this home had all the features one could want or need. A pretty, private beach is steps away and the owners provide all the items to enjoy on the beach, including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and childrens' toys. Inside, the home is attractive, sunny, and well-furnished. In addition to the comfortable furniture and the variety of appliances, the home is well stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, paper products, spices, and other helpful items. There are a variety of restaurants and attractions nearby for both adults and children and the neigbors are quiet and friendly. Lastly, Cat was helpful and responsive to all our inquiries. As we departed, my wife was already talking about re-booking another trip to the Pink House.

Best Rental Ever
This house was, without a doubt, the best VRBO/rental/etc I’ve ever stayed at. You can see how nice the house and the location is from the pictures, but here’s a few things they can’t tell you. The house is the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever seen. Any thing we could think of (cooking utensils, beach games, coffee, Bluetooth speakers(!?), towels, tumblers, the list goes on) was available (with plenty to spare) in a logical spot and ready to go. The house was so well laid out for a beach trip - big open common areas and seating/tables everywhere you might need them. The furniture was so nice - it was very difficult to even get off the couches and go anywhere, they were so comfortable. This was no bare-minimum rental with cardboard-feeling furniture and tacky decorations. Parking was plentiful and easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive to every question we had. All of this made the stay feel like we were at home from the moment we walked in. Can’t wait to come back.

Weekend getaway
The house was beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable. The location was great and parking was super convenient. It was just a few steps from the beach. The house was well stocked with all the essential items. We appreciated the communication from our host Cat. We would love to stay there again in the future.
