â Select "I'm traveling with pets" so the pet fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay) is properly included in the booking amount.

We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance.
This home is nestled in the heart of nature. To help keep critters out, please keep doors and windows closed during your stay. Despite regular pest control efforts, occasional encounters with insects or other small pestsâindoors or outdoorsâmay occur. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings.
Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.
For property protection and insurance purposes, there are exterior security cameras and they must remain active at all times.
