Located in a quiet,peacful setting,surrouned by trees. This house is newly constructed, with heated ceramic floors, gas fireplace, modern big kitchen with an open floor plan. Located 10 minutes from Sunday River amenities, and within 5 minutes from the town of Bethel, you will feel completely removed from the bustle, but its close when you are ready. We have recently installed an EV charger (level 2), and hot tub to warm you up after a day on the mountain.

modern well maintained house close to ski mtn

skied at sunday river, house is close and modern, well maintained, very convenient and comfortable for our 2 families staying together.
