Placed next to elevator, but surprisingly clean and pretty quiet with easy access to stores and Metro. The gym and wellness equipment are great bonus for those who want to stay active. Wish there was access to bathtub in every room instead of shower, but something to keep in mind for future reservations. Great, quiet escape from the city.

Great stay. Super clean and quiet. Was pretty close to elevator and worried about noise level when first checking in, but no serious issues with noise. The gym and wellness equipment were added bonus as could complete workouts on site without having to go to gym. Walking distance to stores and Metro. Great escape from the city and would definitely recommend and return.

The bed was comfortable, the walk-in shower excellent, the maids in the hallway, very noisy early in the morning, expensive parking, not convenient, ice machine, broken, and surprise extra $50 per night charge on my credit card, which they say will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. Strange.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at EVEN Hotel. At a little after 8:00 a.m., a staff member knocked on my door asking to clean the room, without any prior notice or consent. This is unreasonably early and a clear disturbance to guests’ rest. What made the situation worse was that it felt less like a service and more like an attempt to pressure guests into saying they do not need housekeeping, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Respecting guest privacy and personal schedules should be a basic standard for any hotel. This experience significantly affected my stay and does not meet the expectations I have for the EVEN Hotel brand.
