Everything was just fine. With the hotel and staff itself. Very clean and nice room. The only complaint was. They rented out the rooftop pool for a private party. So it was off limits to us. We booked this hotel for the pool. We paid a bit more for a hotel with a pool. We could have saved some money and booked a hotel without a pool. If you advertise a pool. It should be open to all hotel guests. Unless there are maintenance issues.

We loved our stay at the hotel but we did not know there would be no free water bottles and parking, which we only came to know when we arrived there. The staff at the reception I found it be a little rude but the cleaning staff who took care of our room every day was the best part. I would give a 10/10 to the housekeeping people who have maintained the property/rooms very well.

So, one of members in the group had hair in her food. When she i formed the staff member, she took the hair and examined it and said it is not, tossed it to the ground and walked away. We had a full-size vehicle that we could park in the area provided because of cars being on that level. Parking is $40 a day. We went to sit at the wooden high top tables and was informed we could not. Less than 5 minutes later, a bigger group arrived and was permitted to hang out there. I will stop there.

This hotel is fine. Nothing fancy. However, I found the staff unfriendly the two times I stayed here. One time I asked for toothpaste and the froynfeont desk person said I had to go down the street to the gas station to get it- at 10 pm.

We loved our stay. All of the staff we encountered was friendly. The heating/AC system is very loud. I’m a heavy sleeper so it did not bother me as much but just noticeable. I also wish that our own snacks/drinks could be consumed in the pool area!

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great! Had a one bedroom suite so the bedroom wasn’t open to the hallway which helped to avoid hearing any foot traffic. I was able to hear the elevator ding whenever the AC was off but it wasn’t super loud. The gym was very nice which was kind of surprise. We used the free bus around the corner the most. There is a free shuttle advertised by the hotel but it was only 7am-3pm Monday-Friday to the metro but it didn’t make sense to take it. Lots of places to eat near by under a half mile!
