Come explore the Quad Cities! Sleeps up to 6...2 bedroom with queen beds-2 bath tri-level with futon in lower-level TV/gaming room. Located in the Quad Cities in a peaceful, well cared for neighborhood, surrounded by parks and greenspace, several disc golf courses, it’s1 block from Duck Creek Parkway; which is a bike/walking trail that will give you access to anywhere in the Quad Cities and within 10 minutes of 2 golf courses. It is centrally located between shopping, restaurants, wineries/breweries and entertainment venues of all types. You’ll be just up the road from the Mississippi River where you can do anything from taking a lunch/dinner cruise on the Celebration Belle to enjoying a meal and a beverage on the riverfront or watching eagles at the lock and dam to ‘reeling in a big one’ fishing. You can hop on the “Channel Cat” water taxi to enjoy the water-front restaurants and shopping on the Iowa and Illinois side of the river as it has 8 stops, for a small fee you can ride all day. Being just a few blocks from I-74 gives you quick access to the Illinois side of the river also. After a day of exploring, come home and relax on the patio as you will have full access to a nicely landscaped backyard. The home is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with basic utensils/dishware and available for your use, coffee supplied. Such a beautiful, quiet and clean home away from home for four days while attending a family wedding. We had a toddler and infant with us and the layout was perfect for all of us! My toddler LOVED all of the cardinals.

The property was great for what we needed. We didn't spend much time there mostly to sleep, but it was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were a little uncomfortable but we are not used to memoryfoam beds so just different than what we are accustomed to. Would also be nice to have curtains in the other bedroom got pretty bright early in the mornings, but overall was a pleasant stay.

The house was very clean and one of the nicest rental homes we've stayed at! It was very pet friendly, our dogs loved running around the fenced in yard and we appreciated the little extra touches like the poo bag holder out back! The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay: plenty of bedding, coffee options, fully stocked kitchen to cook and eat, and my daughter especially appreciated the Wii gaming system downstairs! We were surprised by the size of the house and enjoyed having the room for 4 adults and 1 child to stay comfortably. The cost per night was a little higher price point than we normally look for, but the house was super clean and well stocked and in a nice neighborhood.

It was a lovely neighborhood and home. Super clean. Had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to bath stuff. The backyard is great and both our dogs and ourselves enjoyed it. We will absolutely stay here again.
