It is perfect for families, couples and those with limited mobility.

The space:
This ground-floor apartment is bright and spacious with lovely green views of the garden. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed with plenty of room and storage. The second bedroom is a cosier space with two single beds and a small chest of draws.

The living room is a large and semi-open space to the kitchen. It is a very social area with a kitchen bar, couch, table & chairs, and TV for entertainment. Entry into the kitchen involves one small step, however, the rest of the flat is all on one level. You have full use of the kitchen amenities and for your stay, we will provide some basic cleaning supplies as well as basic ingredients (tea, coffee etc.) to get you started.

There is a bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Throughout the bathroom, there are plenty of grab bars for extra assistance.

To the front of the flat, there is a beautiful private garden with a high hedge for extra privacy and calmness.

Guest access:
The building has a communal entrance and hallway for all building residents, thereafter the whole flat is for guest use. Please check in on the sign-in sheet in the hallway. This is to inform the other residents there are people staying in the building, which is particularly important for emergencies. Please be respectful and considerate of the other residents in the building and do not leave anything in the hallway without prior permission.

Entry into the building has a ramp and apart from one small step into the kitchen, the whole flat is on one level which allows for easy access and movement for those with limited mobility.

Other things to note:
- We only provide the required bedding and towels for your stay. Should you need any extra, please let us know.

- There are no regular tv channels (except ITV) however, there is the availability of internet tv (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime).

- Unfortunately, there is no recycling service at the flat. Please put all bottles, paper, and kitchen waste into the black bin. If full, please take it outside and put it IN the metal bin (to the left of the outside steps).
