- Bedroom 1 — double bed 160x200 cm (King). Sliding glass doors onto the terrace and pool. The brightest room in the house.
- Bedroom 2 — double bed 160x200 cm (King). Its own entrance off the hallway. No exterior window: light comes through an interior glass opening onto Bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 3 — double bed 140x190 cm (Double). Fully enclosed, no window. Dark and quiet, ideal for sleeping in, best avoided if you need natural light when you wake up.

First floor
- Bedroom 4 — double bed 160x200 cm (King), private balcony overlooking the neighbourhood and the garrigue hills.
- Bedroom 5 — double bed 160x200 cm (King). Window facing a wall: natural light, but no view.
- Bedroom 6, master suite — double bed 160x200 cm (King), private bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Window facing a wall: natural light, but no view.

Living room
- Sofa bed 160x200 cm (King) for 2 more guests.

BATHROOMS AND TOILETS
- Ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower + 1 separate toilet.
- First floor: 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub + 1 separate toilet.
- Master suite: private bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
That is 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets in total.

LIVING SPACES
A large, bright 50 m² (540 sq ft) dining room seating 14 — where everyone ends up when you are fourteen.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, crockery and cutlery for 14.
Lounge and games room: sofas and a large screen, table tennis, table football, darts. Enough to keep children and teenagers busy through the hottest hours of the day.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE
Private pool, 8 x 4 m (26 x 13 ft), fitted with a certified safety alarm.
South-facing terrace, garden furniture and an electric plancha grill.
Garden with no overlooking neighbours, views over the plain and the sunsets.

COMFORT
Wifi. Heating. Reversible air conditioning in the dining room and in the entrance hallway serving the first floor, which cools the circulation areas and living spaces. Bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning. Bed linen and towels provided.

PARKING
5 vehicles: 2 in the driveway, 3 in the closed garage. Room for 4 more on the quiet street outside.

The property is yours in full: both floors, the pool, the terrace, the garden, the garage and the driveway. Nothing is shared, no one passes through.

Part of the building, separate and with no interior connection to the house, is used as professional offices. They have their own entrance, open onto neither the garden nor the pool, and may be in use during the day from Monday to Friday. You will not cross paths with anyone in your own space, but we would rather tell you now than have you discover it on arrival.

🚗 Car: Easy access via the D6086 between Nîmes and Remoulins. Possibility of parking in the property in front of the garages once the beeper has been collected.

🚌 Bus: The house is served by liO line n°22, direction Sernhac.

🚆 Train: Nîmes Centre station is approximately 15 minutes away. Nîmes Pont du Gard station (TGV) is just 10 minutes away by car, with links to Paris, Lyon, Marseille...
