The interior is fully furnished and is characterized by a bright open-space that connects the living room to the kitchen with the garden view. On the ground floor you will find a room framed and embellished by a majestic fireplace flanked by three comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, a studio designed for those who love reading, a bathroom and a kitchen suitable for all your needs. It is divided into three floors connected by rustic stone stairs and consists of 12 modern and spacious double bedrooms with 12 private bathrooms. The whole house is provided with Wi-Fi. The Tuscan structure being surrounded by clean and fresh air does not need air conditioning and you can keep the windows open, equipped with mosquito nets in every room. The interior design wisely combines antique and modern furniture. In all rooms you will find massive solid wood beams and the terracotta attic and floors together with plenty of processed chestnut wood, emphasize the rustic character of this villa. The holiday home is provided with 12 double bedrooms with panoramic view of the area and 12 private bathrooms equipped with bed linen and shower. The rooms are located on the first, second and third floors and are connected by stone stairs. On the first floor there are two large suites and one suite with a double sofa bed, suitable for children who would like to sleep next to their parents. This room has a glass door through which you have access to an exclusive courtyard, ideal for an aperitif for two. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms and on the third floor there are three double bedrooms too, all with a private bathroom. On the top floor there is a double bedroom and an additional twin bedroom, which opens onto a second bedroom with a double bed suitable for two children. All of them have a private bathroom. The rooms are furnished in a modern rustic style that reflects the luxury of the structure and the simplicity of Tuscany. Each room has the name of a town, recalling the Casentino history. We have carefully and precisely chosen the best quality products for you. The living room has a bright and cozy entrance with a view of the entire property and the valley. It is equipped with armchairs and sofas that have been handcrafted by a historic local company. In the living room you will find many beautifully designed lamps, the master fireplace and a 4K satellite TV where you can watch documentaries, movies and cartoons. Subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime are included too. The kitchen is located on the ground floor where it forms an open-space with the living room. Next to it you will find a guest bathroom and a secondary entrance leading to the garden. Bright and welcoming are the features that strike at first glance. The uniquely designed kitchen is equipped with customized furniture. There is an electric oven, gas hob with five burners, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator cellar with red and white wines department. From the kitchen you get to an adjoining room where there is a pizza oven and there is plenty of space for food and drink supplies. The windows that flank the dining table show a breathtaking view of the garden and pool. The kitchen has been made to celebrate and enjoy your stay trying to cook or calling a real chef. If you would like to be spoiled by a local chef with a Tuscan/Italian menu to celebrate and enjoy a special evening, we can arrange it for you. On the outside, thanks to an enchanting garden of 25000 square meters made of cypresses, olive trees and oleanders, you will be immersed in the valley’s nature. The illuminated pool (16m x 5m x 1,5m) with panoramic view, gazebo, umbrellas and comfortable sun beds will make you live a unique experience. The sofas by the pool, the outdoor shower and the large hammock will offer you comfort and relaxation for the entire duration of the holiday. Two stunning solid oak wooden tables are located in the large roofed veranda and are perfect to have lunch, dinner, to celebrate and spend time in case of bad weather. Near the veranda is the masonry barbecue area, ideal for grills with family and friends. The view focuses on the imposing gelso tree (which gives name to the structure) in front of the villa. The scenic lighting throughout the garden and around the swimming pool creates a suggestive atmosphere. In the large covered veranda there are two magnificent solid oak tables. Ideal to sit comfortably while celebrating and eating all meals with the whole group. The view falls on the imposing tree directly in front, which gives name to the holiday structure: Il Gelso. Next to the veranda is the brick barbecue area, perfect for your barbecues. Enjoying the mild summer evenings here with friends or family members is definitely the highlight of every holiday day. The picturesque lighting throughout the garden and around the pool makes these evenings unforgettable. In the center of the well-kept garden is the swimming pool (16m x 5m x 1.5m) with internal lighting for the night and sun shower and beds. The location is idyllic, surrounded by nature with the sun shining all day long. In the relaxation area you will find comfortable sofas and the super relaxing hammock to rest at any time of the day. The poolside tables are ideal for sipping your favorite drink and enjoying it while watching your children play and admiring the view. For the little ones there is a table tennis table sheltered by a canopy in case of bad weather and next to it a soccer field to challenge the whole family.
