The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the available space. The interior is characterized by natural stone floors and a warm country-house style of furnishings, with bright, airy rooms that reflect the charm of the Italian countryside.

The main living area includes a welcoming living room with stunning views of both the sea and the surrounding countryside, a winter garden, and a loggia that floods the space with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is also located on this level, providing guests with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together. A double bedroom featuring a double bed is situated on this floor, complete with direct access to a furnished 25m2 terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun while taking in the panoramic views. This floor is also served by a bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin.

The lower ground floor houses 1 room currently configured with 2 beds, which from March 2023 includes a direct exit to the outside as well as a dedicated shower and toilet, bringing the total bathroom count to 3.
