Guests benefit from shared access to a heated angular swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 metres, with a surface area of 24 square metres and a depth of 150 centimetres, available seasonally from 15 May to 19 October. The living and dining room, measuring 25 m2, serves as the central gathering area of the apartment and features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal resting space for additional guests. From this room, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 5 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a beautiful view of the sea. The single bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to a private balcony of 2 m2. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. An open kitchen completes the layout, seamlessly integrated into the living area and fully equipped for everyday use.
