Nestled amidst the serene beauty of Big Bear, this charming cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This home provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the convenience of nearby supermarkets, hiking trails, biking paths, and ski resorts, making it an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Recently renovated from top to bottom, this cabin boasts modern updates while maintaining its rustic charm. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with a living room, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful stone gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has two sets of twin/twin bunkbeds and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with a 2 in one pool table/ping pong table. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the deck with charming string lights, relaxing hot tub, and natural gas barbecue for grilling. Gather around the firepit with comfortable seating to enjoy a cozy campfire on the Trex deck.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
