The cabin was great! We had an issue with the heater not working on the first night. Made contact with the host and they had people out to fix it immediately. The cabin is beautiful. Modern updates but still maintained the cabin feeling. The view off the balcony is amazing. Would stay here again for sure! Looking at booking it again already.

The place is big and nice and clean. The kitchen was big and well supplied. Everyone stayed comfortably for the two weeks we were there. The description had a "dedicated computer space" which didn't exist but the management company quickly provided me with what I needed to work (it was a working vacation). We also had problems with the heat which did get fixed quickly as well. The location was very good - close enough to Big Bear Village to walk, although there is a steep hill when coming home so we mostly drove.

Very comfortable cabin

We loved staying here! And will be returning. We immediately felt comfortable. The cabin had everything he could possibly need. Check in process was seamless. Great view.

Out dated photos. Not accurate

Photos make it look clean. Not. Floors ha d our feet black in twenty minutes. Refrigerator did not work well. Main room tv did not have proper remote so, non working. Fold out bed was broken. Jacuzzi was vey old, only two of four jets worked. Bedroom with bunks had a broken fireplace hearth with missing piece.. Pool table had missing and broken cue sticks and no darts for the dart board. NO cleaning supplies and two dish towels for a four day stay with six people. Couches were very dirty and the living room carpet was pretty bad. Each time we called they were very courteous and showed up the next day with fans and bath towels.

Great family getaway!

This cozy cabin had lots of space and a hot tub! The renting process was smooth and all our questions were answered promptly. We hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect big bear winter cabin

Our stay at falling leaf retreat was wonderful; the rental itself was more beautiful in person, the check in process was quick and simple, and everything was in great condition. I would definitely book through destination big bear again.
