The Space:

A rare find for a Big Bear Vacation Rental!!! This home sits on its very own 2.36 acres and it is all yours for long walks and entertaining during your stay. Accentuated by central air conditioning, a rare find in the area. This home is a quick 5-to-10-minute drive from Bear Mountain, the Golf Course, Zoo, Shopping & Hiking. There is plenty of parking for you and your guests on the paver circle driveway with inviting lawn and wood bear for your social media pictures. You have 6, yes 6 bedrooms in this over 4300 sq ft mountain retreat, huge gourmet kitchen with island sitting & don't forget the media den for your sport viewing pleasure! This home is expansive, giving everyone their own area to retreat to while offering multiple gathering points for the whole group. Main living has a pool table, bar and a large L shaped couch. You will absolutely fall in love with the backyard with a large, paved patio for your morning yoga or outdoor entertaining. Don't miss the kids outdoor play area as well. They just don't make great homes like this anymore, move this one to the top of your rental list and you will be talking about your Big Bear stay for years to come!



Brand new Volleyball court, horseshow pit and bouchée ball!!



*Sleeping arrangement as follows:

-Master bedroom with a King bed.

-5 Guest bedroom with queen beds (2) all share Jack & Jill bathrooms.

*This home also comes with a pool table, kids outdoor play area, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, & bouchée ball!

*This home does have central (A/C)

*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!

*DISCLOSURE: The small oven is currently nonoperational. We unfortunately do not have an eta when it will be repaired. However, the standard oven is in working order!!

*Disclosure: All our pictures are for displaying the home. Please keep in mind that appliances, decor, and furniture can change at any given time without notice. Please refer to the amenity list for the current amenities provided. Thank you!



Guest Access:

Check-in starts at 4 PM.

Checking In:

* IDs are required at check-in.

* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in.



Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.

Please also note that the cancellation policy begins the moment your booking is confirmed—not when the agreement is signed.

Getting Around:

Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue,

Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts,

Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the

Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable

transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the

Valley.

* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 12 people, 12 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.



* Parking Details:

Max of 6 cars on-site. (Does have garage access, right hand side garage only)



*Quiet hours (10pm-7am).

*No speakers or sound systems allowed.

*No parties or events allowed at any given time.

* Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.

* Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.



*No pets allowed.

If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval:

There is a fine of $500 per pet.



* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.

To ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local City regulations, please note the following:

* A separate rental agreement is required for all reservations and must be completed within 24

hours of booking and prior to check-in.

* The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. Cancellation terms may vary by season or demand.

* The primary guest must be 24 years of age or older and present during the stay.

* No parties or events are allowed, per City ordinance.

* Quiet hours are enforced by the City.

* Trash must be taken to designated City clean sites, as required by local regulation.

* Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a

maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C).

* Most check-ins are remote. Access instructions are sent on the day of check-in once the home

is ready. Early entry is not permitted.

Great place-beautiful

Had a great stay. House was big and lots of indoor and outdoor space. Came along with toddlers so wished they had more updated outdoor play area for them but we all still had a blast

Great Estate

Beautiful home with great property. Kids had fun with the large area in the backyard and games. The place is an amazing getaway and very close to anything you want to do in big bear! Only downside I found was be aware that the internet connection is very slow, kept getting buffering and connection drops for streaming at night.
