Excellent stay! Pros: Amenities and staff were 5 stars. Everything was clean, great breakfast options, facilities excellent. Cons: An issue we had was that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when we requested but other than that they were responsive and eventually showed up. Also, the breakfast line for the waffles was slow so it could take up to 20+ minutes. If a parent is in line and wants to make a 2.5 minute waffle each for a family of four that would be 10 minutes for that one person. I would recommend improving that process somehow, or even pre-making some waffles to prevent the bottleneck. Summary: Incredibly clean and location was perfect. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and comfortable. We got to do S'mores and hot chocolate every night, which our little one loved. There was also movie night but a bit crowded so we didn't join. I loved that there's coffee in the lobby throughout the day, I was able to have coffee and hot tea whenever I wanted without having to use the in room coffee maker (which germaphobes are often reluctant to use). Breakfast is included but not very appealing nor tasty - its the usual eggs, sausage, bagels, make your own waffles, oatmeal, etc, but just looked like really cheap quality foods. Overall we did have a comfortable stay, including our small pup. That said, we were charged $75 pet fee instead of the $50 advertised on the page. My pup is very well behaved and doesn't make a mess (you wouldn't have known there was a dog with us), so a bit disappointed for the slight overcharge. Parking was pricey at $29 per night. Overall it did feel a bit "nickel and dimed" for everything. For what you paid to book the room expect to shell out an extra $140 for all the additional fees and charges when you check out. Based on a 2 night stay.

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was excellent. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were perfect! This hotel is very kid friendly with nightly s'more kits available and mid movie nights in their lobby Tv area. We will definitely be staying here again.
