Beautiful home

Location was great, check-in was great!! Very spacious home and it was perfect for our family of 11 people. The sun comes in the living area every afternoon and it can be intense. But, besides that, it's a wonderful home and we would highly recommend it!!

Great location for 4th of July

We stayed at this rental over the 4th of July and had a great time. The views of the fireworks from the balcony were spectacular—definitely a highlight of the trip. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the property matched the description in the listing.As some other reviews mentioned, the main floor does get pretty hot during the day, so those sleeping in the main floor master ended up keeping the windows open at night. We also noticed a few ants here and there, but that’s probably just due to the summer heat.Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The location is convenient to stores and the views make it worth it.

Long Weekend Getaway

Came up with our adult children and enjoyed a few days together in this very spacious cabin. There was plenty of area to hang out and it was nice that there were so many full bathrooms. Having space for 5 cars is a big plus also. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house! So great for our big group!

Came to celebrate 3 birthdays we didn’t get to do during the pandemic. 3 couples and 3 singles, and the space was beyond perfect! Very spacious, amazing views! The grill and all kitchen amenities were solid. The extra beach chairs were so great for our beach day too. There honestly were only a couple things we wish were different. The main floor bed (“master”) mattress was not the most comfortable, and the main floor would benefit having some curtains to block some sun (blinding in the kitchen in the morning, and a little hot in the main room in the afternoon). We brought our dogs along, they loved this house as well.

Spacious house, nice views, great stay

This is a really nice, spacious cabin overlooking the lake. The decks are great! I liked that we could stroll our little ones down the street and walk them along the lake boardwalk very easily. Convenient to drop skiers off at the slopes, close to town, but in a nice and quiet residential area. No complaints - plenty of room for our gathering and it had everything we needed for some nice quality time with our kids and grandkids.

This home was really beautiful! It was super clean and was perfect for our family trip. There was a great common space for everyone to hang out and it was close to shopping and activities. You can see the lake clearly from the home and the light shines through beautifully!

Hunter house

There were no blinds on large windows in great room to block sun. The house got really hot in the afternoon. No AC. There were no blinds on the master bathroom windows therefore no privacy especially at night. The oven was not working but repairman came mid week to fix. Still couldn’t get oven to a high temperature. One of the barstools was broken so could not use it. For the price of the rental it was very disappointing.

We reached out to the property manager and VRBO and no one has responded to provide a credit for the lost food, time, and added anguish of not being able to reach the emergency staff to fix the refrigerator and stove and we ended up losing a lot of perishable food and still no call.

Amazing cabin that exceeded expectations

From that get-go, the communication about renting was excellent. When the time came for our trip, we received early check-in and the process, once we got there, was really quick. The cabin was more beautiful than the pictures and made the weekend so special.

Winter wonderland

Check in process was simple and quick. The house was stunning. Spacious and had many amenities. Loved the views and the close proximity to many great activities. Kids had fun sledding in the snow around the home. The only thing that we found with our family of 13 staying there was that stove was not working but the property management promptly took care of that by providing us with a very large toaster oven! All our questions were answered immediately via text!

Hunters Lakeview was a beautiful home with an amazing view of the lake!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Beautiful home with an awesome view of big Bear Lake. It was so close to the lake as well as grocery stores , etc. We came up to celebrate my birthday with my children and grandchildren. There were 16 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. My younger grandchildren enjoyed the little playground in the backyard and the older ones enjoyed the pool table . We had a wonderful time.

Property was as advertised. Only issues, all minor, check the grease trap on BBQ before using, clean if needed in order to avoid grease fire. Bring your own kitchen towels and oven mits. All else was perfect.
