The Space:

The living room offers a plush L-shaped sofa perfect for kicking up your feet to stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The stylish kitchen showcases retro-inspired appliances, a farm sink, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. You’ll find a chic table for 2 back in the living room for all your dining needs whether unpacking takeout from a local restaurant or simply enjoying a quiet moment with your morning cup of coffee.



This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom including a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.

• Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Street parking is not permitted. The driveway is shared with the guest in the back bungalow. Park next to Unit A.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet allowed. A daily pet fee of $35 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets are not to be left at the property by themselves or allowed on furniture.

• All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

• This home is equipped with one outdoor security camera, mounted on the back unit of the duplex, actively monitoring the driveway.

• Pets must not be left alone at the house unless you bring a kennel with you.

• Pets cannot be allowed on furniture and beds.

Within less than 5 minutes you can be at lake where you can hike or bike the shores, rent a boat, kayak, or canoe for a day out on the water, or cast a line out with the hopes of catching the evening’s dinner. In the winter, this area is an immensely popular destination for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing, offering several resorts to choose from for any skill level. In You’ll be just 8 miles from Snow Summit, ready to help you fulfill all of your desired snow-themed adventure desires. For a more leisurely pace through the powder, the area also includes several cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. After a day of exploration, unwind together with a soothing couples’ massage at one of the area's luxurious spas, or indulge in a romantic dinner at a cozy lakeside restaurant, savoring delicious cuisine and fine wine as you watch the sunset over the mountains.



For a quiet retreat away from urban hustle and bustle, it doesn't get any better than Big Bear. Immersed in nature, this little village provides all the best of lake life in the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest. The recreational activities in this area, such as hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing, maintain Mother Nature as the premier attraction, although shopping, dining, and live entertainment can be enjoyed in The Village.



This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby Big Bear Mountain Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is just minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more. For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and will cost $74.
