Recently renovated and nestled on a peaceful street near Snow Summit, this getaway sleeps 10 and offers parking for 4 vehicles.



Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area, complete with a pizza oven, gaming den (poker table!), and mountain bike service station, plus a backyard oasis with a dry sauna, hot tub, and firepit.



Cozy up to the fireplace and radiant floor heating, and make the most of the expansive indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces.

Welcome to Pine Summit, a fully remodeled 2,340 sq ft modern mountain retreat in Big Bear, perfect for summer adventures! Whether you're hitting the trails, soaking under the stars, or simply unplugging in the mountains, this home has everything you need.



Roll in and get sorted. The garage features a dedicated bike service station, and the front driveway has a full bike cleaning station.



Please note that the house comes with two street bikes but mountain bikes are NOT provided. Our favorite rental shops include Goldsmith's and Chain Required (both nearby!).

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, Q-tips, and floss picks. 10 bath towels included. Please bring extra for lake days.



Kitchen

A bright, open chef's kitchen made for good times. Large island, full-sized stainless steel fridge with filtered water and ice maker, gas range, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. Starter supplies included: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar. Prefer takeout? No worries, you're covered either way!



Dining — Seats 6, open to the kitchen

Living Room — Oversized sofa, 2 armchairs, 65" smart TV, gas fireplace, shuffleboard, and direct patio access

Den — Just off the kitchen and dining area; 55" smart TV, arcade, and poker table

Laundry — Full-sized HE washer and dryer



The Backyard, Your Outdoor Oasis

This is where Pine Summit truly shines in the summer. Step outside to a large Trex deck with a 6-person spa, 6-person sauna, artificial grass yard, natural gas firepit, 45" Roku TV, and a dining table for 6. Cushions stored in the deck box.

Gaming Shed (seasonal, unavailable in winter due to snow)

Yard-size Connect Four, 2 bikes, axe throwing, and rotating yard games. We do our best to keep everything stocked!

Outdoor Cooking — Natural gas grill



Parking Details: Paved, flat parking for up to 4 vehicles. No garage access.

EV Charging — Available for $25/day, charged for the full length of your stay. Let us know at check-in and we'll send the lock code once payment is received.



Pets: This home is pet-free. Service animals are welcome; vaccination records will be required at booking.



Summer guests: Like most Big Bear homes, there is no AC. Ceiling fans and additional fans are provided. It's a mountain climate, so evenings are refreshingly cool!



Guest Access:

You have access to most of the home. If it is locked, it is not for guest use. 2 closets, garage, and shed are not for guest use.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended. Free Mountain transit via Free trolley can be accessed about .25 miles from the home.



Other Things to Note:

City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy: All guests must respect the City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy at all times. The policy is listed below verbatim. Some rules may not apply to Pine Summit; notes are included where relevant.



Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 guests at any time during your stay. This includes children and infants.



Parking: Parking is permitted in the driveway and designated parking spaces only. A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted. Street and yard parking are not allowed. Trailers follow the same rules. No garage access.



Music: Amplified music must not be heard beyond the property line at any hour. Close windows to prevent sound from carrying outside.



Quiet Hours: Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please head indoors at 10:00 p.m.



Pets: Pine Summit does not allow pets. If you are visiting the Big Bear area with a dog, you will find the city is very dog-friendly with plenty of options for your furry friend.



Trash must be taken to a local Clean Bear dumpsite. Locations: 4190 Garstin Drive and 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
