Pines Haven is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom Condo located just moments away from Pleasure Point Marina and a 5 minute drive to the Big Bear Lake Village for shopping and dining. This beautiful condo has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The living-room has a large sectional for the whole family to snuggle up and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV with a fire burning in the beautiful rock wall fireplace. There is an Air-Hockey table in the living-room which also converts in to a ping pong table. The first bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed with attached jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 full over full bunkbeds with an attached full bathroom.
*Helpful Hints* ~Sleeps 7 in beds – 1 King - 1 Queen – 2 Full over Full bunk beds linens provided ~ Free WIFI, Large Flat Screen TV ~ Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking,coffee maker, dishes and cookware are provided. ~ 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher pods and 4 trashbags are provided. ~ Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided ~Propane grill on the deck, Propane is provided ~Bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body washare provided ~You will need heavy-duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests to deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin. ~During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase at local stores when you arrive. ~“Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you.

Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo). Clean Bear trash locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Consequences Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

What a great location. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants but an easy drive location for both sided of the lake.Roomy and clean. We had a fire alarm chirping and they had it fixed in 30 min. A few tiny maintenance things could be helpful. A lamp shade replaced, some lights not working, a blind jammed but overall really awesome! I would go back again!

Not the cleanest place but good location
House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. Both sliding doors for the shower were broken, hubby fixed them and also let the property manager know what to buy to fix it long term. The dishes, pans, cups were all dirty. Some still had food particles in them. I washed all the dishes i could and we used paper plates and cups. Leftover clothes from previous renters under the furniture, dust bunnies everywhere. But after I did a good cleaning the property manager did compensate a late check out which basically gave us another day. The location is great and we did get snow so we had fun regardless.

Comfy Condo for Big Bear 4th of July
I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this property, in our opinion:1. Check-in process was inconvenient. Despite having a digital lock, I had to drive through the village (twice - to the off-site location and then back to the property) to an off-site location to sign exactly one piece of paper, then was given the lock code. This added another roughly 45 mins to our trip time which, coming from San Diego the day before a holiday, was already more than enough driving for one day. Digitally signing that one piece of paper and avoiding the traffic through the village would be much appreciated, and seems to me like an obvious area for improvement.2. The downstairs (master?) bedroom king bed had two inconveniences to it. First, the bed itself was HUGE. I'm 6'1" and I needed to actually jump up onto the bed, or use the frame itself as a boost step. It's incredibly tall. Second, the mattress had a topper that was incredibly soft, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.Those two aside, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
