Halls smelled like urine

The halls on the second on floor smelled like urine. There was yellow spot on the bedding; it was unclear whether it was urine or seminal fluid. This place was disgusting.

Definitely a budget hotel.

We were on a business trip and combined it with family. We booked this hotel specifically for the water park to keep our kids entertained during our trip. No where did it say that it was an additional cost on top of the hotel, but we were surprised by this when we arrived. It is discounted for hotel guests but not by much. Also it wasn’t open until 4pm, so that left our family high and dry (as we had planned on the water park portion, again hence the by we booked this specific hotel) during the business portion of the trip. On top of this the room was not up to par at all. We were informed by the front desk when we arrived they had just renovated (so we were excited!) but the room was far from great. The floors were a “peel and stick” vinyl that we cut our feet on multiple times in separate areas, the TV didn’t work at all, there were “patched” holes in the wall, the bathroom mirror was about to fall off the wall and the shower barely spit water at us.

Very comfortable stay with family. Breakfast included was great with a variety of items. The pool and water park were excellent for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, very responsive.

We book the property because of its swimming pool but sadly when we came its not available. That made my kids sad, its summer and we book for sunday to tuesday but apparently mon-wed the swimming pool is not available.

Nice though dated

Stay was nice. The hotel was clean and spacious. Generally quiet though I heard water running around 4 AM (upstairs guest taking a shower?). Staff were polite but not overly inviting (maybe short staffed?). But the water park staff were great and very nice. On the water park, I don't think it was clear that there is an extra charge for the slides (minimal cost but be prepared).

We stayed at this hotel due to the waterpark. Which the staff was amazing and the kids loved. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, but the property which the day we left they started remodeling our room. So, who knows maybe a second stay would be better. Our door didn't shut all the way. The beds we couldn't sleep due to being uncomfortable. (Again we only stayed due to the waterpark.) The window on 3rd floor our kids could fit all the way out. If we weren't right there one of our kids could of fell. You could hear every little noise and conversation. So our kids kept waking up and wouldn't go back to sleep. You could see all the way through our door into the hall. The neighbor next to us kept opening and shutting the connecting door. The floor was coming up, the mirror was falling off the wall. They didn't have any clean towels and couldn't find any. And I want to give grace since they are remodeling. The room we were in they started on the day we left. So, maybe after they remodel it'd be a lot better, but before the remodel the phone was coming apart, the mirror in bathroom wàs coming off the wall, the floor was coming up. I have to say though the staff was incredible and extremely kind. They try to go over and beyond for their guests. They made up for what was lacking in the rest of the hotel and the waterpark the kids loved. Maybe after the remodel we will go take a look. I think it's unfair to judge right now since we don't know what it's going to be like af
