I chose that hotel because Expedia said it had free airport shuttle. After I checked in, I found out that they don't offer a shuttle! Too late to go somewhere else! The desk clerk said that they have repeatedly notified Expedia of the error. Cost me $30 for transportation to airport. Should I rely on Expedia from now on?

No soap and toiletry items in unit upon arrival. I expected from website that they would have shuttle service to airport. The was not removed from website even though it was discontinued. Desk was unaware of this. However the rooms were spacious and clean.

The room was clean, quiet, and easy to control temperature. There was no phone or remote in the room. Got a remote upon request. Elevator functioning was intermittent. Morning breakfast and coffee not available at scheduled times. Not advised at check in that there would be no housekeeping service unless requested.

The location was good because of the quietness. I didn't like that the tub and toilet was still dirty and they never changed out the comforter. I had human hair on it and it was dingy. I will not stay there again.
