OK, you need to understand, I rated this excellent "for the price". You can't beat the amenities & quality of breakfast for what you pay. Don't compare this to Hilton or Double Trees. Again, for price range, this is one of the best.

Staff was very courteous, room was clean. Breakfast could have been better by switching up the menu, we were there for four days and the menu never changed, other than that I have NO complaints.

There was a dog that had made my experience less than average, it barked at 6:30 in the morning, I believe they had the dog but the couple in the room above us were super loud, stomped quite often and talked loudly around the same time at 6:30 in the morning. The bathroom door had broken the night before check out also. Other experiences being here, great, just not November 7th-8th & 8th-9th. Hope the next experience is much better.

The staff was great but the room wasn’t very clean mildew in the bathtub. Thought it was gross the doors to the place were not locked at night so it felt a little unsafe. Felt like the place was falling apart. People want clean bathtubs not mold and mildew.
