Overcharged to sleep with cockroaches

I woke up in the morning to a cockroach crawling on my face. There was another one in the bathroom. Will never stay here again. Food crusted on the side of mattress, unfriendly, not worth the price.

We arrived late, and were told that the boiler had gone out and there would be no hot water. The rear entry was broken. Anybody could have come in. The hotel was renting long-term, and as we walked by a room, a dog barked. The one lamp in the room was not wired properly. We felt unsafe. The furniture did not contribute to our comfort.

The room was ok but the lack of maintenance was poor. The toilets had a non stop water noise after every flush. The bathroom's door got stuck and hard to open. Hair dryer was broken and the beds were creaking a lot. However the AC was working wonderfully.

Simple. Don't stay at this crackhouse.

I stayed at this hotel before. It was an ok working class hotel. No longer. Room hadn't had maid service. Garbage was full. No towels. Holes in the floor. The property was overrun with unsavory people outside. Just a complete wreck. The night clerk was friendly. Her replacement was not on this world. He was confused by simple words and phrases. I hope he returns from his trip soon..

The floors were not solid, especially in the bathroom. No detergent was available for laundry, but it was handy that washers & dryers were available.
