Enjoyed our stay. Reserved room again for next year. They just need to quit advertising that there's a jacuzzi tub in the room. It doesn't work and hasn't for a while.

It was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We had burned cigarette holes in the sheets, the air was so loud but yet felt like it was on “fan” mode to where the room was sticky and humid. Broken floors in the bathroom. Sheetrock falling off. Painter tape stuck all over the walls. Blinds broken to where people can see in. It’s better to just sleep in your car!

This property advertising is misleading. For the low price I guess it was as expected. Keep in mind many smokers all around and the room smelled like smoke. It appears like this is a home for several groups. There are no curtains just blinds so the outside patio lights that stay on bright all night, glare right on the bed. The room appeared to have some upgrades. Somewhat clean. The bed was ok. The bathroom was terrible. Smelled and tub was half clean. A lot of old areas needing repairs, but that’s just cosmetic. The a/c was over the bathroom mirror so it only had a small hall area to cool the room. It was pretty warm also. It did have a lot of space and would’ve been ok if had a room like advertised. We somehow must’ve been put in the one that still needed work.

We stayed in a cottage. We had no TV service in our 3 rooms, no wifi and I the last day our AC went out. No maid service either for a 4 night stay. The wallpaper is falling off the walls the doors are chewed up from dogs. There was a barking dog down from us that was irritating. The pool was dirty and sidewalks were nasty and our cooler was stolen. Do not stay definitely not worth the money.

First off I’ve stayed in worse for the same and maybe more money. I’m only leaving the reviews I left because so many people go there expecting some sort of resort experience and you won’t find it here. Everyone was nice that I encountered from staff to other travelers. Very pleasant just make a BIG NOTE…If you’re looking for fancy and upscale this isn’t it. If you’re snooty and too good for your britches again this isn't for you. You get what you pay for. There was mold above the air conditioner on the ceiling. The light fixture in the hall beside the sink was out. The safe was locked and inaccessible. Bed lacked a little but I’ve slept on worse. Other than that one may say overall it needs some updating but I imagine that’s low on the list of priorities for $100 a night. So, again you get what you pay for. The reviews about the hot water not working…we had no issues. Anything about not feeling safe. I had Slight concerns about my vehicle only because of the appearance of the general area but we had zero trouble at all. When I checked in it was clear the people ahead of me were regulars. So to me that’s good. Repeat business is generally good. Usually anyway. Walking to the beach be sure if you have kids everyone wear good shoes. Lots of trash and sharp objects. Glass, trash, shells…things like that. If you pick this town because you want a beautiful beach you will find a nice beach. However, you will not find nice water so please make note of that!
