Room was comfortable, clean, had a great view and was very reasonably priced. However it had no microwave or small refrigerator, and the hotel’s entire water system was shut down for over three hours mid day, with no warning or rent compensation….outrageously inconvenient (toilets wouldn’t even flush). Plenty of apologies, but no warnings about scheduled repairs. No excuse for that.

So I arrived early and was greeted well by valet staff. However when I went to front desk to try and check in the lady at front desk was very rude. I knew I was early however I have done this before with many many other hotels with no issues. This lady was not willing to help and even gave a snarky look. Normally when I get to a hotel early I'm able to give my information and my phone number and they let me know when my room is available. At the same time they offer the amenities of the hotel. Frank I'm sorry message juban bill but your room is not available however if you would like we would hold your luggage for you and you could use our spa, pool area, casino or eat at one of our eateries. This lady which was about 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning looked very upset to be at the front desk number one and basically said to me we don't do any of those things come back in about 3 hours and dismissed me. I was very put off by my first interaction with the hotel. So I went back to my car and then nice belly people said go here and here to eat something. So after about 3 hours I came back to the hotel walked up to the front desk again and the lady said fine give me your license and credit card and I'll check you in even though you're way too early. So once I was all checked in I went to my room The room was very clean and the housekeeping lady was actually right outside my door and offered me extra towels she was amazing. there's so much more wrong however not enough room to finish.

This was a great overnight stay! We checked in a little late but got out and grabbed dinner then hung out in the casino. We really enjoyed the room upgrade. The king suite was beautiful!

A wonderful birthday for my husband

We had a wonderful time from the moment we checked in. Jan, the hostess who check us in, was so sweet and accommodating. I mentioned we came for my husbands birthday and she gifted us with two complimentary drink coupons. Jan also took the time to guide us to the new Hollydeck, and might I say it’s beautiful. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the Lazy River. As it was a Wednesday the buffet was not opened and my husband cannot eat steak so Bogartsswas out, but we had a light enjoyable meal at the Celebrity Grill. We then went to the casino to gamble fire a few hours, then back to Hollydeck for evening drinks before retiring for the night. Our room was okay but the view overlooking the water and boat slips was incredible. We will be back soon.

Not a place I would want to stay at

The room was not completely clean. I did not complain though. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming off. In the bathroom the dust was piled in the corners. Lamp shade had makeup and hair on it. The floor I don’t think was vacuumed bc there was stuff still on the floor.

The room needs to be inspected to insure guest aren't finding cupcake wrappers between the night stand and bed from a previous guest. The heavy dust on the bottom of the office chair, etc.
