This is a Casino. I did not expect to see as many small children running around. All in the lazy river, not floating but just getting in the way with no parents watching them. Then running up and down the halls at 930pm,1130pm. I mean what are they doing. Check to see if anything is closed when you go. The palasides bar was closed on monday and tuesday. Its the only bar you can go to that is not in a smoke filled casino or restaurant. Bogarts restaurant was good. celebrity grill is good. We had a good time but it could have been better. Oh and on expedia, I had selected the king room with the big garden tub. I didnt get that. Not sure why.

DIRTY PROPERTY

The hotel wasn't clean at all and the smoke smell permeated everything. It even seeped into my non-smoking room. I ended up getting a UTI from the lazy river, which was my favorite feature at the hotel and the only reason I'd go back. So now I will not ever go back.

Checkout was slow with only one person working the desk and a long line. No fridge or microwave. Room sleeps 4 people, only 2 towels given. We stayed here for a local wedding upon recommendation but wish we had booked elsewhere.

Booked online, got there about 4:30p, there was an extremely long line to check in. There were signs to check in with app, downloaded app and went through all the steps but it wouldn’t accept my itinerary number, wanted a confirmation number. There was sometimes one then 2 workers checking in guests with sometimes two others just standing behind the desk. After 45 minutes waiting in line, my friend checks in to a smoking room that she didn’t want, then I go and they said my room wasn’t ready. I asked if I could go to the pool for a little bit then and they said yes, but had no time frame. I asked if my room would be given to someone else and she said no. No apology, not friendly whatsoever. So we go to the pool for a couple hours, come back to check in and Sophie, rolls her eyes at us! Proceeds to be rude, says they don’t have a king suite, what I paid for online, gives us a double queen room, again no apology or anything, just attitude. I ask her if it’s going to be cheaper and she says no. The worst customer service and felt like they had no clue what they were doing and not enough front desk workers. But out at the pool there were several workers just standing around doing nothing, while there was trash everywhere. We were full price paying customers paying $350+ for room, $100+ for the buffet for 2 people, gambled—but we will never be back, absolutely disgusted with workers.
