May Every Sunrise Hold More Promise And Every Sunset Hold More Peace!!

A beautifully furnished poolside ground floor condo! Perfect for vacationers, winter guests, military, and long-term business guests. Whatever your need, this will accommodate you!

The large bedrooms will give you space to getaway or you can choose to sit on the 2 private porches or walk out your doors onto the soft grass that opens onto the courtyard. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master has a huge bath with large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom. There is a roll-away bed if you have a 5th guest.

Approximately 300 feet from the beach, you can work on your tan or just enjoy the endless horizon. Or, you can stroll the water's edge or jog on the 26-mile boardwalk. The night lights, sunrises and sunsets are stunning!

Fully furnished, just pack your swimsuit in the summer and a light sweater for the winter. We have some winter days in the 70's so come warm up your frozen toes. In the summer, enjoy the white sands of our beautiful beach or the pretty courtyard at the Villas. There you will find a pretty pool, gazebo, chairs for lounging, and surely a perfect place to warm your bones using our natural solar heat!

We have deep-sea fishing, golfing, island trips, hands on fun at the Institute for Marine and Mammal Studies, tons of boutiques and discount mall shopping, the wonderful white sand beach, sailing trips on different schooners, museums and art galleries, and restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood and many other ethnic flavors!

Located only 2 lots away from the Treasure Bay Casino, you can walk there for eating, dining, gaming or sipping and not have to incur a cab fare! There are so many things to do for both families and individuals.

The condo was very nice and clean just like it was advertised online. The only problem we had was the pool needed to be clean. Other than that, I would definitely rent this same condo again.

Military Visit

I was able to get my daughters together for a visit over the 4th of July weekend. Condo was very close to Air Force base. A short skip to the beach. Very close to restaurants & downtown. Would stay again.

Perfect location and property

Communication was great and the property was as described on VRBO. We loved being able to walk to the beach from the condo. My husband and I were even able to walk to one of the nearby casinos! The pool was closed on the first day(the rain had been wreaking havoc on it), but was open the remainder of our stay. I would recommend this condo to couples or families with kids!

The condo was more than we could have hoped for and we couldn’t have asked for a better location last minute. Super clean, close to everything, and we didn’t want to leave the condo! She goes above and beyond to make you feel like family while still being extremely professional. We’ve always said customer service either makes or breaks a stay, and PRM definitely makes your stay absolutely amazing!

Found a gem!

Was excited to see that this place was everything we’d hoped for and more.. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again. Our condo was clean, roomy, well maintained and beautiful. The grounds were well kept and landscaped nicely. Pool area was a relaxing oasis large enough for numerous people. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, casinos, souvenir shops and much more.

Each bedroom has it's own private balcony (1st floor) that has a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully loaded to cook a meal but who wants to cook when you can go just a minute down the road and eat the best seafood ever at Shaggy's or Lucy's. My only complaint whatsoever were the beds being a little hard and squeaky. The master bathroom is to die for. Huge garden tub on one side and regular bathtub and shower on the other side. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
