I like that the hotel was safe. I love the part where they lock the front doors at a certain time. The front desk lady was very helpful and polite.

The hotel smells bad. The walls/doors seemed paper thin…we could hear everything going on in the hallway. Carpet in the hallways were dirty. Wires/cords (TV, microwave, coffee pot) running everywhere (visible). The curtain, in our room, was not mounted on the rod. The rod was actually sticking out and the curtain was just screwed to the wall…very tacky. We didn’t even open our curtain, for fear that the whole curtain would fall down.

So disappointed

Initially there weren’t any towels in the room. I asked for some from the lady cleaning she said she didn’t have any and I had to go get them. We were given badly stained towels From then on we had to beg for towels. Could not get any. Ice machine was out early one morning. One day elevator was broken (they had only one) staff at reception desk wasn’t very friendly
