Staff was courteous. There was no breakfast or even a pot of coffee in the lobby offered. There was no ice machine in our building (new one). There was also a lack of signage - where to check in, pool area etc. I did like the location, the lobby area and front porch.

I booked a Gulf-view room, but the room I was given had maybe 10% view of the Gulf and 90% trees in the front property. Also after coming back from our dinner while getting ready to take a shower, my wife discovered a used bar of soap still on the floor of the shower. The shower stall itself was also pretty gross with mold on the grout throughout. This is totally unacceptable. Just glad that we only stayed one night, and couldn’t wait to check out the next morning. Definitely won’t be back.
