Hotel street name
We had hard time checking in because we canât find address and we hired âgrabâ though we had spoken to the person in charge itâs hard to contact him we went back and forth using Facebook - what was lacking is the name of the bldg which is Holland . We gave feedback as to the condition - coackroaches etc and they responded to the email. The place we like because itâs quiet place and itâs near Robinson Mall and bake shop and 7- eleven but condition of the room is not satisfactory because of insect. Hope they will try to sanitize the place since we gave notice of our occupancy ahead of time. They should be able to be proactive in reaching out to clients instead of clients reaching out to them . Maybe a phone call to have personal touch of communication instead of Facebook. They are competing with hotels and if they can copy the service like someone to greet the clients ( add the cost to the price ) that would be nice for clients to feel welcomed instead of security guards though I think this is the practice. We told them that we wonât book with them any longer and we brought same concern that I mentioned.
