Bring your bikes or rent some on site and explore the surroundings. After a short ride you will reach the beautiful sandy beach of your resort. Bury your feet in the sand, watch your children build sandcastles and swim in the clear and shallow water. Within walking distance from the house you will find a small skating rink and a campsite where you can play mini golf. Also within walking distance you can reach the popular ice houses of Tversted Strand, where a great ice cream can be enjoyed in the light of the sunset. Explore on foot the beautiful dune plantation, where there is a nature playground and fire pit, as well as good hiking trails. If you want something different from beach life, you can take a trip to Hirtshals and visit the North Sea Oceanarium and learn more about the marine life of the North Sea. You will also be impressed by the eagle and sea eagle reserve. But the area around Tversted also invites you to go hiking and cycling and enjoy the sea breeze in your hair.
