After just a few steps you can reach the Baltic Sea with the fine sandy beach or the children's playground. The shopping mile with its restaurants, cafes and numerous shops as well as the pier for strolling are nearby (approx. 3 minutes on foot). The residence has its own lift, a communal sauna (coin operated), a shared washing machine and dryer (coin operated) and a bicycle storage room.
