2018 newly built semi-detached house for max. 6 people with a floor space of 112 mÂČ located on a beautiful hillside plot with south exposure. The house is located in Ostseebad Binz above the small train station. In the whole house there is a floor heating. Restaurant about 200m. Environment: The beach is only about 600 m. Shops (600 m), tennis court (200 m) and the small train station (400 m) are nearby.

Great house, shame about the building site

The house itself is great, and really well appointed. It has everything you could need. The location is okay and fairly convenient, but there are other villas being built right next door so we couldn't use the terrace at all due to noise and dust, which was really disappointing, given the high price tag.

Tolle Unterkunft

Uns hat das Hsus sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind richtig toll. Ja, es wurde gebaut und es gibt ein bisschen BaulÀrm aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Einzige was wir bemÀngeln, ist die Parkplatzsituation: Wir wurden stÀndig zu geparkt..

Modernes Haus mit schwÀchen

Das Objekt ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ( Töpfe, Besteck, Waschmaschine etc etc) In einigen Zimmern kamen aber schon die Fliesen von der Wand. BaulÀrm in der nÀheren Umgebung, der wohl auch noch andauern wird, da es ein Neubaugebiet ist. An sich ein sehr schönes Objekt, aber mit kleinen SchwÀchen.

Tolles Haus jedoch mit SchwÀchen

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Doppelhaus, welches sich in einem Neubaugebiet in guter Lage befindet. Daraus ergibt sich direkt ein negativer Punkt. In der direkten Nachbarschaft sind 4 Baustellen. LĂ€rm ist vorprogrammiert. Weiterhin war das Objekt mangelhaft gereinigt worden, was bei der Verwaltung angezeigt werden musste. Hier die MĂ€ngelliste: - GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine Sieb stark verdreckt - ToilettenbĂŒste braun verschmutzt (vom Vormieter) - Fenster nicht geputzt, von innen Spuren des Vormieters und außen zum Teil noch nie geputzt - Treppe nicht geputzt - modriger Geruch im Haus, da die Filter der LĂŒftung noch nie gewechselt worden sind Zudem war die Heizung nicht regulierbar. Nach intensiver Fehlersuche stellte sich heraus, dass der Heizkreisverteiler falsch angeschlossen worden ist. In Summe ein Objekt mit Potential zum WohlfĂŒhlen, jedoch mit SchwĂ€chen in der tĂ€glichen Bewirtschaftung.

Kurzurlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was einen unbeschwerten Aufendhalt ermöglicht. Auf dem Balkon lĂ€sst es sich gemĂŒtlich entspannen und auch einen gemĂŒtlicher Grillabend ist möglich. Da das Haus nur ĂŒber Treppen zu erreichen ist eignet sie sich nicht oder nur eingeschrĂ€nkt fĂŒr Personen mit Gehbehinderungen. Etwas unangenehm ist, das in der direkten Umgebung viel gebaut wird so kommt es evt. zu BaulĂ€rm. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir wĂŒrden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders die Dachterasse lĂ€dt zum verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.
