Eagles Nest on Red Cedar Lake is a relaxing lakefront vacation rental at Tagalong Resort. This one bedroom resort features modern amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and fitness center, on site bar and restaurant and golf course. You can spend the day soaking up the Wisconsin sunshine on the chain of lakes. If you prefer to enjoy the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods by land, bring your UTV/ATV and enjoy direct access to the trails from the property. Birchwood is located 25 minutes north of Rice Lake: 30 minutes east of Spooner, and 35 minutes south of Hayward. There is something to do in the Birchwood, WI year-round from fishing on the Red Cedar Lake Chain of Lakes, (Red Cedar, Balsam, Hemlock) and various other area lakes, boating, hiking the Ice Age Trail, biking, golfing and Tagalong Golf Course (a Scottish Style 18-hole course), snowmobiling, cross country skiing, or checking out the specialty shops in the area. NOTE: This Condo can be rented along with 431B (listed separately) to accommodate a larger group.

Great spot! Worked perfectly for our family. The kids loved the pool & the live music which was just a short walk from the building. Kitchen was stocked to make meals. Pull out bed was great for the kids to sleep on and the bedroom gets dark enough for nap time. Also, town isn’t too far of a drive with coffee, restaurant and a grocery store!

Comfortable and roomy

We enjoyed our 3 days at the condo. It had everything we needed; comfortable chairs and beds, space to stretch out, closets to tuck things away and supplies to use in the kitchen (including coffee which we really appreciated!) The view is GORGEOUS!!!

Very nice condo

This condo is quite lovely . Exceptionally clean and very well appointed. You literally need to only bring food. The view from the balcony is very nice with an eagles nest and eagles across the way. Loved sitting and reading and listening to eagles call each other. Our one issue was the size of the bed. It is a queen. My husband is a large man so we had a problem getting a good nights sleep. And too lazy to open the sofa bed.

4 wheeling trip

The unit was very clean and well stocked. It worked great for our needs including trailer parking. The only negative is the bed was a full size mattress. My partner and I are use to king size beds so we had to adjust. Overall good experience!

Perfect little getaway

If you plan on being out in Birchwood, WI, you'd be hard fought to find a better place to relax and stay than this Lakefront Property at Tagalong. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and very communicative. If i ever end out that way again, this will be on the top of my list of options.

Beautiful Condo!!

Everything about the condo was perfect. The location in the building is perfect as it is right near the elevator making it very easy to pack in and pack out all of your stuff for the stay. View of the water is amazing with multiple sightings of bald eagles and water fowl playing in the water. Would not hesitate to rent this unit again!!!
