Wonderful stay

Amazing one night stay at Aloft Birmingham. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The hotel is very new and clean, we loved our time spent there!

Speed of service was extremeley slow at both evening meal and breakfast. Coulsnt fault hotel otherwise

Got an upgrade, the room is big but near to the lift, I could hear the bang sound and the door was shaking whenever my neighbours come back. Bathroom is nice, lovely walking shower, would be even better if there is some hanger near to the shower that I could hang my towel. Breakfast is a bit disappointing, there is not fruit available. I ordered mushroom and found egg shell in it, I don’t understand why because I didn’t order egg. Not a big issue but not so nice..

Clean, close to event site and multi-storey parking just a 4 minute walk
