Good hotel near NEC/Airport

Strange that we were not asked for any ID when we checked into our room.
Shuttle to NEC/Airport wipes your key card so you have to get a new one every day, again strange. Especially when not being told about it, we had to figure this out after our card did not work every time we tried to use the lift.
Dinner was very good. Excellent service and gluten free options.

Good airport hotel
Posted Feb. 10, 2024 on HotelsVery convenient for early flight, literally on airport. Room felt a little cold, even with heating on, heard other guests mention this also. #no wake up alarm service.

Squeaky
Posted Feb. 9, 2024 on HotelsRoom 513 had a very squeaky bed, it disturbed sleep as noisy every time you moved. Also doors did slam when others returned to room

This was a great option for an overnight stay between arriving at Birmingham airport and our onward journey. The rooms are definitely compact but not claustrophobic and it was supremely quiet.
