Spotless room, great amenities. I took the executive double. It was spacious, warm shower, comfy bed, had in room kettle, tea selection (english tea, green tea) coffees (caff, decaff), rituals hand wash, body lotion, body and hair wash and conditioner.

The checking was so smooth, Matthew was great we even gave us a late check out! We had a nice stay, they we only had few issues, one being with the shower pressure it was weak. Also temperature controls did not work as expected. The room was too cold and then too hot!

One of the most terrible experiences I have had in a hotel . Booked two nights on Expedia and the room given was noisy , poor heating . Complained and nothing was done . Felt like I was sleeping outside.No breakfast for the two days . Paid for extra night and then room was changed and this time was told could have breakfast the following morning . Told breakfast was meant for 1 and that we should pay for second person despite the fact that I booked the room for two. Never going back there
