The staff were great. The air conditioning in room 1206 was not good. It was either freezing or muggy within one degree. My daughters room - 1007 actually had mold on the curtains

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay.
