Conveniently located 150m away from the beach, our 50-60m2 duplex apartment is the ideal destination for the perfect holiday. Learn how to surf at the on-site surf school, walk along the breathtaking coastline, or discover the historic town. Return to our cozy apartment in the evening and watch a show on the TV or head down to the shared on-site sauna. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 6 guests, but can sleep up to 8!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS for 2 guests each as well as a closed sleeping alcove that can also sleep 2 guests. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. Please note that bed linens are not included, but are available on-site for €8/kit.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM, with an additional shower to provide ample space for everyone to get ready. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €8/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for €6/wash and €4/dry.

After swimming, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy local programming on our TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available for €4.90/day for those that wish to connect with friends back home.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Balcons de l'Océan where our apartment is conveniently located. These include bike storage, the surf school, the on-site sauna (available for an additional charge), the shared outdoor pool (which is open from mid-May to the end of September, depending on the weather). Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay. If you're travelling by car, indoor parking is available on-site for €7/night (subject to availability).

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night/pet. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for an additional fee of €65.

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite restaurant is Restaurant Surf Palace, only a 2-minute walk away! Make sure you pick up a delicious waffle and some ice cream at Gaufre Rody! Pick up some groceries at Spar Supermarket, only 4 minutes away by car. Rent a bike from Cycle Loisirs Boulevard, a bike company only a 6-minute walk away. Soak up some sun on Plage de Biscarrosse, a 4-minute walk away.
