Beautiful T3 apartment on the seafront in Biscarrosse-Plage, classified 3 stars.
This bright accommodation is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small residence with swimming pool (open seasonally) opposite the south beach with a beautiful open view of the ocean. It consists of a comfortable living room with American kitchen opening onto a terrace from which you can admire the sunset over the ocean. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also available as well as a parking space in the basement.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge. The living room is furnished with a table and chair set for your meals and a corner sofa facing the TV. The bedrooms have large closets, one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Household linen is provided, sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels.
The residence is made up of 3 2-storey buildings distributed around the gardens and the communal swimming pool. The parking spaces are located on the ground floor of the building. The whole is completely fenced and secure.

Beach closed

A lovely spacious appartment. We were not informed of the beach, which you can see from the appartment is closed all day. This is because of beach saving operations which is to continue for at least 5 years. Interesting to see so very many diggers and lorries go past your balcony. Nearest open beach is about 1.2km away.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis à Biscarrosse Plage !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette location, idéalement située à deux pas de l’océan. L'appartement est spacieux, pratique et magnifiquement aménagé. Les deux chambres offrent du confort pour toute la famille, et la terrasse est parfaite pour les repas en plein air ou se détendre dans le coin lounge avec un bon bouquin ou un verre à la main.La résidence dispose d’une piscine, ce qui nous a permis d’alterner entre les baignades dans l’océan et les moments plus calmes au bord de l’eau. Tout est à proximité : la rue piétonne animée et la place principale sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Restaurants, commerces, ambiance détendue… tout est réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables.Franchement, on s’y sent comme au paradis. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Wundervoll!

Das Appartement ist wunderschön, die Ausstattung super und die Lage top! Vom Balkon kann man aufs Meer schauen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Betten waren die größten und bequemsten, die wir jemals in Frankreich hatten. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, besonders auch der schöne Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, alles war perfekt. Sie haben uns sogar noch ihre Garage für unsere Sufbretter zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen und kommen selber gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup, Isabelle et Philippe!

Peintures vieillissantes.

L'appart est idéalement situé, les équipements et la déco sont très bien. Les proprios sont arrangeants. Il y a cependant un trou dans un plafond d'une chambre et des peintures abîmées un peu partout (trous non rebouchés, traces d'usure, rambardes extérieures pas entretenues...)
