Cheap not great.

It’s very basic and poor, it’s noisy the sink had an issue it is cheap and near the airport but that is about all it has going for it. They could have done something to reduce noisy doors. It also has no lift.

I stayed here because I read there was a shuttle to the airport. Instead on checkin I was told there is no shuttle and it was supposed to be updated already. Instead I had to pay another £25 to get an Uber to the airport. This was terribly inconvenient because we were traveling with two kids with car seats. So we had to install the car seats again to fit into the uber. Then repack it at the airport. Uber driver was great but not having the shuttle was disappointing. Again there is NO SHUTTLE. Just a bus which didn’t seem reliable to the airport and the trip is at least 30 minutes. Otherwise room was your average budget hotel in UK. US budget hotels are so much better. So having American names UK budget hotels mean nothing.

Cot was provided but with no mattress

We had requested a cot for out toddler, upon arrival the cot had no base or mattress, just a folded towel to "cover" the frame of the cot. This was not at all suitable for anyone to sleep in. We complained to the reception and she managed to find another cot which did have a base. This was better however there was no mattress still.

Property was hiding away from main road. You have to walk in a very dirty and dark road to get to property. Far from airport.

The people that worked at this property were exceptionally kind and helpful. The property itself was grubby and the surroundings were dirty and trashy, but safe. I guess I got what I paid for because it was very inexpensive, but I think I was expecting a bit better upkeep in a chain that I am familiar with.
