Great staff clean room

Very nice and accommodating staff, nice clean room. They offer coffee tea and water 24/7 which was really nice and breakfast until ten. Would stay again

Heat was on all night, turned on AC and still didn’t make a difference. Hotel room is small bed was comfortable and shower good everything we needed was OK next-door. Neighbors TV was very loud but called front desk staff and they took care of her right away this place was just OK.

Location was great for our needs. Although an older building, stay was fine. Quiet and great breakfast. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Only negative point was that the bed creaked and pillows too large and lumpy.

Friendly staff helped correct an issue with booking on Expedia late at night, not used to this sort of service. It's a hotel with exactly what I needed in a reasonable walkable location. Uber from the arport cost about $10, not many hotels in Bismarck have a shuttle and they're more expensive than that, so keep that in mind.

Room was a little tight for 2 people. It was fairly quiet during the night. However, the walls were a little thin and we could hear the person next door playing music in the morning. The garbage truck also came about 4:00 AM and woke us up. Breakfast had both hot and cold options. The sink was a little small for 2 people to use with their toiletries. There was no soap for the sink area only mounted bottles in the tub area for soap, shampoo and conditioner.
