Our stay was good. Our room needs some repair work, such as replacing the bathroom door, which is in rough shape on the inside. Chairs in the eating area are badly worn and don’t look good. The breakfast was okay. The desk clerk must have been having a bad day, not very cheerful or friendly. The room was clean and the be was comfortable.

We all struggled with the 3 beds. They were not comfortable. This property is two hotels connected together. I was told they were out of towels so I had to walk down to the other hotel and ask for some.

Breakfast staff were incredible . Beyond kind and helpful. However front desk staff were extremely rude and I feel over worked . It should be made known that the front desk is responsible for comfort inn and the hotel next to it called main stays . While our room appeared to be clean we found items that were not ours from previous guests . Based on cleanliness and how we were treated by other staff I cannot recommend staying here .

Overnight in Bismarck

We were there for a one night stay traveling homeward. We got in early evening with no trouble checking in. We went to the pool area and used the hot tub with no issues. We spent a relaxing evening in our room and had a quiet night with USB outlets to plug in our devices. A decent breakfast in the morning and easy check out.
