Consists of kitchen/living room with 2-seater sofa bed, double bedroom with 6-door closet,
large windowed bathroom with spacious 80x100 cm shower.
There is also, between the bathroom and the living room, an additional small multifunctional windowed room that can be used as a study, bedroom, ironing room or bicycle shelter.
Convenient to all major services (bank,post office,pharmacy,
supermarket, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, schools, hairdresser, free municipal parking lot within walking distance and bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance that allows you to reach Lake Lugano, Varese, Porto Ceresio or Ponte Tresa for the entrance to Switzerland with beautiful Lugano and the famous Fox Town shopping center within walking distance.
The famous and historic Villa Cicogna with its lovely gardens is in close proximity and well worth a visit.
