Black Mountain Pine House Modern, homey, and close to town!

Stunning, like new, built in June 2023! This modern home has a style all of its own. You will have all of the luxuries of your own home and more. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, a peaceful and private outdoor area for socializing & an EV charger for your convenience are just a few things this gem has to offer.

The Pine House is immaculately decorated, squeaky clean with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Cozy indoor living area and kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) each with their own private full bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has a full sized tub/shower combo while the upstairs bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. We have a patio in front under the covered porch with a cozy loveseat and table for sipping your coffee in the mornings. There is a spacious private area on the side of the home with a propane fire pit and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and socializing. You will love it!

Our tiny home style kitchen is efficient but will meet all of your needs during your stay. We do not have a dining table due to restricted space, but do have a table in the LR that folds out to seat 4 for dining or will also make into a nice desk for your home office needs. (Please see photos for a visual)

Guests will have access to the entire home and outside spaces. There is no shared living space. The driveway is shared with the guests of our other rental property, The Filling Station. Check it out for booking if your party is larger than 4. The Filling Station sleeps 6 comfortably.

Only a 3 minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Lake Tomahawk, which is a great place to get some morning exercise. There is a playground at the lake if you have kiddos and want to let them play.

Great house all around with plenty of room for two couples to have their own space with a common area for hanging out as well. Everything was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was quiet area, but easy access to all things Black Mountain. Neatly decorated and well-equipped for short or long stay.

Excellent Stay at the Pine House – Peaceful, Spacious, and Perfectly Located We had a wonderful experience at the Pine House in Black Mountain. It’s a great and quiet space—perfect for relaxing and recharging. The two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms made it extremely comfortable for our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The house was also incredibly functional, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from town and close to all the local shops, restaurants, and amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed place in Black Mountain.

Great experience

Conveniently located near Asheville, this small home was the perfect size for a part of 4. The host was quick to respond to any of our concerns. Despite the smaller size in appearance it is spacious inside with comfortable beds and couches, and fully stocked kitchen. Spacious parking and a charge for an electric vehicle if needed. Would stay here again.
